Hello HP Support Team,
I am unable to find the drivers for my HP laptop on the HP Support website.
My laptop details are:
Model: HP 15-r013nx
Product Number: J3R30EA#A2N
Serial Number: "Please do not include the serial number or any sensitive information"
When I search using the product name, product number, or serial number, I cannot find the correct driver page for my laptop. Instead, the website shows different products that do not match my device.
Could you please provide the correct driver download page or help me access the appropriate drivers for my laptop?

15-r0xx models reached end of support life, and drivers download support is no longer provided in HP website. Apparently, your serial number is now reassigned to a newer model.

 

Drivers for your model are available at this third-party driver download website.
