I tried to install the latest Intel High Definition (HD) Graphics Driver update version 8.10.15.2559 using HP Support Assistant 8.3.34.7 quite a few times but every time I am encountered with the "Installation Failed" message. You are kindly requested to look into matter and resolve it at the earliest possible time.
Regards,
Arafat

Hi:
According to the link below, your notebook has the Intel/AMD switchable graphics.
Since that graphics setup requires a custom driver, the only driver you can use is the AMD graphics driver from your notebook's support page. The AMD graphics driver contains the driver files for both the AMD and Intel graphics adapters.
The Intel driver you are trying to install is just for notebooks with only the Intel graphics adapter.
It is a good thing the driver keeps failing to install because if it had installed, the AMD graphics adapter would have quit working.
