HP Recommended

My laptop arrived 3 weeks ago. I ordered and paid to have MIcrosoft 365 Family on it. It arrived but no activation code.  I've contact HP Consumer services numerous times and have spent hours on the phone as they ask me to go over the same steps. The last person I talked to said they were in the Phillipines and I don't even think they understood my issue despite me telling them I just need an activation code that I had already paid.  I can't seem to get in touch with anyone at HP who understands. I've also gone back through my emails and junk folder and do NOT have any email with activation code.... and if it had gone to my junk folder, it might have already been emptied out so how do I get them to send me a new code??
