Sir/Madam,

I bought the HP laptop from authorized dealer(M/S EIGHTH WONDER) 

plot no-553 Saheed Nagar

Bhubaneswar-751007 . On 25/12/2020

I am unable to access any of the Microsoft tools preloaded in the system. I have been trying to contact the HP customer care services, but couldn't avail any of the services provided. I request you to kindly help me in this regard and activate the Microsoft office tools as soon as possible.
