Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay085tu

I am trying to download drivers for Windows 8.1. However, I am unable to switch operating system using the drop-down for manual selection of operation system. Kindly help.

Hi:

 

The 15-ay0xx model series only has driver support for W7 64 bit and W10 64 bit.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 drivers from the HP 250 G4 or install W10 and use the W10 drivers from the above support page.

For the chipset and graphics, you want the ones for the Braswell processors and since the Intel graphics is a custom driver it may not install in your notebook.
