I am unable to complete the install of HP Support assistant. The old version gets removed but errors out on the install of the new version

(1) Install old version

HP Support Assistant

8.6.18.11 Rev.A34.2 MBMay 4, 2018Download

 

(2) Restart Windows

(3) Uninstall old version

(4) Restart Windows

 

(5) Download and install

HP Support Assistant (Microsoft Apps Store)

or

HP Support Assistant 9.19.52.0

 

(6) Please report back

HP Support Assistant

(2) Restart Windows

(3) Uninstall old version

(4) Restart Windows

 

(5) Download and install

HP Support Assistant (Microsoft Apps Store)

or

HP Support Assistant 9.19.52.0
