Hi, I'm having some issues with the HP Support Assistant application. In particular, I am not able to connect through the in-app form even though the same credentials normally work online (e.g. if I connect to HP though web browser). Now, I have 2 accounts with HP: one personal and another istitutional. I also signed up for a third account, an HPE one, thinking it was needed too. Unfortunately, it doesn't work.
I read a discussion (here at https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Windows/Cannot-login-to-HP-Support-Assistant-on-the-laptop/td-p/652222...) but the solution does not apply to me. In particular, I just performed a clean install of Windows 10 through the USB Media Creation tool and I don't think this is related to the issue. Moreover, I had the Support Assistant application before and it did not worked either. There actually was a time in which I was able to connect to the service through the app, but I don't remember how long ago.
How can I solve my issue? I need to have all my HP devices showing up in that app
Thank you in advance

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant from your computer and then download and install it from the below link.
Here is how it is done.
- Open the Start menu.
- Click Settings.
- Click System on the Settings menu.
- Select Apps & features from the left pane.
- Select an app you wish to uninstall.
- Click the Uninstall button that appears.
- Click the Uninstall pop-up button to confirm.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
