HP does not carry Windows 10 drivers for your model laptop.  It only carries drivers for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.

I just tried this and was able to download drivers without problems.

Yes, it is good now. Following a query on HP Facebook Page, they informed me that yesterday HP website downloads  were currently not working and undergoing a maintenance and to try it today.

 

Now its good.
