Unable to enable Virtualization.

I haven't been able to enable virtualization on my PC since purchase. The customer service assistant over isn't helping. My PC Model is EliteBook 1040 G3. Please HP should help me. I have reach out to on all their social media handle but still no solution.

if there is a programmer in here, he/she knows that without Virtualization you can't run Docker.

If your laptop has the same bios layout as an EliteBook 840 G3, VTx setting should be in System Options. Go into F10 BIOS -> Advanced -> System Options and scroll down past Turbo Boost and Hyper-threading settings and you'll see Virtualization Technology (VTx) option.

I have tried enabling and there is a prompt asking for administrator password, each time i input my laptop password it returns wrong password.. If there is a way i can have a one-on-one chat with HP support agent i think it would help
