Product: Pavilion Power Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to access the bios on my Pavilion Power Laptop.  I have tried esc F2 and F10, but none of them work.  I've tried following the instructions to do a hard boot, but I am unable to find out how to pull the battery, there are no latches on this laptop.

Hi,

To enter BIOS, turn off the PC by holding power button. Turn on PC and keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears. Next, press F10.

What happens when you turn on the PC?

To perform power reset. Here is HP support page showing how it is done:
