Tried to find drivers for 'Device ACPI\HPIC0003\3&11583659&0' but failed to do so. Checked with HP Support by logging the case but they are also unable to provide these drivers.

You need this W11 driver for that device:
HP Application Enabling Software Driver
This package provides the HP Application Enabling Software Driver for supported computer models running a supported operating system. HP Application Enabling Software Driver is a virtual driver that offers general custom capabilities utilized among HP applications after transferring to the Microsoft Store app with HSA architecture.

Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
