HP 240 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (5B167AV)

Tried to find drivers for 'Device ACPI\HPIC0003\3&11583659&0' but failed to do so. Checked with HP Support by logging the case but they are also unable to provide these drivers.

You need this W11 driver for that device:

HP Application Enabling Software Driver

This package provides the HP Application Enabling Software Driver for supported computer models running a supported operating system. HP Application Enabling Software Driver is a virtual driver that offers general custom capabilities utilized among HP applications after transferring to the Microsoft Store app with HSA architecture.

Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

[Manufacturer]
%Mfg% = HP, ntamd64, ntx86

;======================= Device Install x64 Section ========================

[HP.ntamd64]
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC0003
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC000C

Post installation of the provided drivers, the device is been detected as 'HP Application Driver'.

Thanks Paul_Tikkanen for providing these drivers.
