If your touchpad mouse is not working on Windows 11 version 23H2 and the driver is missing, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Update Windows:
- Make sure your Windows 11 is fully updated. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
Check Device Manager:
- Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Look for "Mice and other pointing devices" and see if there’s a yellow exclamation mark next to your touchpad. If there is, right-click it and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for drivers.
Install Touchpad Drivers:
- Download the latest touchpad driver compatible with Windows 11.
Uninstall and Reinstall Touchpad Drivers:
- In Device Manager, right-click your touchpad device and select Uninstall device. Make sure to check the option to delete the driver software.
- Restart your laptop. Windows should attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
Run Hardware Troubleshooter:
- Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to detect and fix issues.
Check BIOS Settings:
Use External Mouse:
- If possible, connect an external USB mouse. This can help you navigate and install any drivers needed for the touchpad.

I try above all steps but still not working
does window 11 23h2 version driver is updated for model number -Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy1010TU
i have check hp website there is no support for 23h2
please provide solution
