HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D127AV)

Hello Team,

My HP Laptop is unable to start and getting "Inaccessible Boot Device" and when I restart the Laptop. It is started asking for Bitlocker recovery keys which i haven't configured and set anywhere.

We tried all possible attempts to get the recovery keys in all our Microsoft accounts, but nowhere it got recorded.

Is there anyway, we can bypass this Bitlocker recovery page and gets into the Windows system.?

Thank you in advance for all your support and assistance you can provide.

Hi:

If you cannot get the Bitlocker recovery key, your only option would be to reinstall Windows on the drive.

The current data on the drive is encrypted and forever unrecoverable, so hopefully you have your files backed up elsewhere.

How to do this without the computer working?
