Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had my HP Envy and HP Pen for about 3.5 years now. I used to use my pen regularly on my computer and had no issues with it. I know need to start using my pen, and while I've changed the battery, it still doesn't work.

 

Additionally, the HP Pen Control application has a pop-up that says that "Sorry, HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer". Not sure how to trouble shoot either of these issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
