Unable to properly load an app ...

Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to load an app:

- Tech support says:  Unfortunately the type of restriction that's limiting your computer is no longer within our scope of support. 

- uninstalled and re-installed numerous times.  same result.  

- I loaded the app onto another computer, an older HP Pavilion 23, and it loaded fine.

- only difference... a little green box (shows up during loading... you can see the app loading - little blinking boxes, going through a process (looks like a keypunch card) - on the Pavilion... it takes about 15 seconds.  on the Spectre... it takes about 3-5 seconds and doesn't complete the process.

Updates:  Downloaded all updates - current

Please help... very frustrating!

Sorry, but there are thousands of third-party (i.e., non-HP) apps and we are unable to debug problems with them.


If you already talked to their support folks, then sorry, there is nothing we can do from here.
