Product: HP Slim Desktop PC S01-pF2000i (4M0H6AV)

I am unable to transfer photos from my camera to my computer, have been able to before but just seems to have changed, also my portable storage will not work either, seems like the USB ports are not working?  have tried to transfer using the camera and also a  INCA  USB device,  all 4 ports not working?
