Hi guys

I need help with something with my HP envy convertible (With an AMD Ryzen 5 processor).

A few months ago, the screen had to be replaced as it was cracked. Initially, this caused problems with the touchscreen; however, I have been able to sort it.

It is now converting to tablet mode while being used in laptop mode. This used to happen whenever the laptop had been on for too long; however, now this does it with certain webpages when browsing online (Some shopping webpages and a few other random ones - It doesn't matter what browser I have used). Also, when it converts into tablet mode, the only way I can correct it back into laptop mode is if I fold the laptop into a tablet or **bleep** it down (Restarting while causing the machine to remain in tablet mode). The sensor button, keyboard, and mouse do not work if the laptop is forced into tablet mode.

Here is what I have done so far, and I am running out of ideas:

- Updated the processor

- Uninstalled and reinstalled the AMD sensor

- Uninstalled and reinstalled the AMD processor

- Updated both sensor and processor

- Updated BIOS

- Factory reset and re-installed Windows 10

- Factory reset and installed Windows 11

As you can imagine, I am at the end of my tether. Whilst I can avoid certain websites, it makes it almost impossible to do work/study when I do need to use other websites.

Thank you in advance for the help!
