HP Notebook - 14-dq0002dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I accidentally ran HP Image Enhancement for System Logon setup and installed it, and I know it makes certain changes in System.sav.

How can I uninstall it, since I never needed it in the first place?

Thank you.
