I have uninstalled McAfee using MCPR.exe but still have more than 50 files left.
Examples are :-
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\5A894077.McAfeeSecurity_2.1.27.0_x64__wafk5atnkzcwy\Win32\mcafee-security-ft.exe C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\DeletedAllUserPackages\5A894077.McAfeeSecurity_1.4.1.0_neutral_split.scale-100_wafk5atnkzcwy
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\5A894077.McAfeeSecurity_2.1.27.0_x64__wafk5atnkzcwy\mcafee-security.dll
When I try to delete these files the message I get is "Folder Access Denied/You need permission to perform this action"
Any suggestions to get rid of these unwanted files?
Thanks

It seems that getting all of the remnants is difficult. Take a look at this thread for hints

Thank you for providing the links but the McAfee MCPR.exe still leaves behind a lot of unwanted files. I have now managed to reduce the 50+ files left down to 8 by upgrading my permission to folders and taking ownership of the files. I found these two links very useful for this purpose:-

2] https://www.windowscentral.com/how-take-ownership-files-and-folders-windows-10
With the remaining files I get these messages when trying to change permissions so have been unable to delete.

If you absolutely need to have those files gone and you cannot find a Windows way using the present account, activate the hidden Administrator account and try using that. Google on how to activate the hidden Administrator account.
If you cannot find any joy that way and really feel those files need to be gone, you can use a Linux Live OS. Boot to one of your choice and eliminate the files using the functions in Linux. There are no restrictions on access using Linux while in the Windows file system. That is what I do when the need presents itself.
