Hello, I noticed there is an Unknown Device located on PCI express root complex. I am unable to update it, and solutions to similar issues found on several forums including the solution with the drivers sp92856 from here does not work for me. I would appreciate any help

You need this driver for that device.
This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
