Solved!

Unknown Device on PCI Express Root Complex

HP Recommended
HP Laptop 15-db0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

After some updates I noticed there is an Unknown Device located on PCI express root complex. I am unable to update it, and solutions to similar issues found on several forums do not work. I would appreciate any help 🙂 Below are some further details.

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

Details: ACPI\SMB0001\3&2411E6FE&1

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

This package provides the driver that enables the Synaptics TouchPad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.
