Tried to do recovery and reinstall Windows 10 and even upgrading to Windows 11 didn't fixed this problem. All together there was like 9 unknown devices but I was able to locate drivers for all but them 4. My touchpad isn't working so one of them devices must be related to touchpad, others are unknown. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem and all 4 still missing. Also forgot to mention that every time laptop boots up it is looking to install NET Framework 3.5 but each time getting 0x80072F8F error code. I've downloaded full downloader instead just installer, but this still didn't solve that problem.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I don't know why that driver didn't work because I explored the setup information file and for example, here it shows driver support for the smbus controller and one of the PCI device's hardware ID's you posted.
Try manually installing the drivers for each device as follows...
Go to the device manager. Click on the Smbus controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
The file should be located in C:\SWSetup\sp112038.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Then do that for each one of the missing devices.
You can only install Net Framework 3.5 by adding it via the 'Turn Windows features on or off' method in the Windows control panel>programs menu.

Ok partially great news 😃 Installed drivers for all missing devices.
Unfortunately, none of them was touchpad so still need to sort this out and .NET Framework still encountering the same problem even when trying to do it with Turn Windows features on or off method (it starts to download it and only gets to about 10% of progress bar and then gives error).
Very much thanks Paul_Tikkanen.

You're very welcome.
So, the W11 touchpad driver doesn't install?

If not, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
Have you tried the HP cloud recovery tool?
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook and see if that fixes the problems. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...
