Product: HP 470 17 inch G10 Notebook PC (772L2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have plugged in my Anker 565 USB (11 to 1 Hub) into my new Laptop HP 470 G10 I have two or three issues...
1) Device manager is reports "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" - Is there a compatibility issue between the Hub and the Laptop, as I also noticed the DP and HDMI ports don't work through the hub. It only wroks directly pugging into the Laptop. Is this related to the above Port reset failed?
2) My Brother Printer, which I have had for 5 years has an exclamation mark against its driver - I may have to contact manufacturers on this ?
Thank in advance
