Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1233ng

Hello, I own an HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1233ng. When I use it for gaming (e.g., League of Legends), I experience significant frame drops after a few minutes. This seems to be due to the CPU performance, as after some time, the power limit PL1 is activated, and the processor downclocks to around 10 watts. Is it possible to increase this limit, as the temperatures are in a low range? Unfortunately, there is no corresponding setting in the BIOS for this.
