My HP Laptop is often totally unresponsive.  I do not know whether it is the HP hardware or the Microsoft components causing the slow down.  It is always a problem when using the Edge or the Chrome Browsers and  the Microsoft office programs.  When using a non Microsoft product, such as my CAD drawing program, it does not seem to be as much of an issue.
