Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This icon has appeared on my screen and won't go away. Touch screen doesn't work when there.  It appeared without touching the button. I have since turned the button on and off and reset laptop and it's not going away.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting the camera app icon on the screen and it is not going away.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

 

The webcam shutter key is located on the action key row of your keyboard. To turn off your webcam, press the webcam shutter key. To turn the webcam back on, press the shutter key again.

Webcam shutter key (light on)

LED on: The webcam is off.

Webcam shutter key (light off)

LED off: The webcam is on.
