HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000
Attempt to update drivers using the tools provided by HP. Neither the installed HP software (which is for windows 10, even though I purchased a windows 11 laptop) nor the HP Install Assistant will install these drivers. Two are critical and two are recommended. I do not have an Nvidea Graphics Driver installed on the laptop. I do not know why HP consider that software critical even though it cannot be installed. These drivers were identified by HP Customer Support. So I dont know if my drivers need to be updated (Intel Support Assistant adviser the graphics driver needs to be updated, recommends using the HP version of the Driver).
HP Firmware Pack (Intel Processors) 9.5 MB sp141115.exe
NVIDIA Graphics Driver 929.5 MB sp136702.exe
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver 22.2 MB sp135979.exe
Intel WLAN Driver 35.3 MB sp140735.exe
This follows a whole series of problems I have with my HP Laptop. And those problems remain unresolved. I will wait once again, and if the response is dismissive of my concerns I will return to the store for a refund. The HP installed support systems do not support the operating system provided. I do not expect to have this type of problem when paying a premium price for a mid range laptop.
