Product: Hp 15 m-cn0012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I have hp 15 m-cn0012dx . Im facing very strange problem whenever its windows done with update my keyboard mouse and touch stoped working. It happened same if you reinstall your windows or change the hard drive. Can anybody tell me what is the solution of this problem.

Your PC came with Win10 Home preinstalled but yet, you claim to be running Windows Server 2019 on it.

 

If in fact you did that, then you have assumed all responsibility for maintaining it, as that is not the OS version that came preloaded.
