Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Update drivers does not work for me because product detection does not complete. I have done this once before successfully but there was a prompt for serial number which i supplied and I downloaded 2 drivers successfully.  I assume you can update drivers even if support has expired.  please help someone...Rudi
