Product: Notebook 15-da059459ample: Pavilion 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to follow the recommended updates but it doesn't seem to happen. I follow the guidance and it seems to run through but then I get an error message that it has failed - any ideas?

We can't help you without know specifically which updates you are trying to do.

 

And we need the exact error messages you are seeing when these fail.

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
