HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)

I have been trying to update my laptop BIOS to the latest version, yet I've encountered the problem that I cannot update it to the F.64 version. I run the .exe file, go through HP update tool, but it tells me that the update is blocked.

I originally had the f.16 version installed in my laptop, so after managing to update to the f.18 version of the BIOS, which took a while due to needing to create a USB BIOS-Flash for it.

My question would be if I can repeat the same thing safely. As the HP tool tells me that the update is blocked, but when I try to update through the USB, it gives me the option to do so.
