Hello.i have this laptop 11 years,and i check hp.com my product hp envy15 k009ne updated last version bios f.57 2018.did you recommended install?because i want to convert my Mbr drive partition to Gpt .i check out,need update my bios to using feature boot menu legacy or uefi .and my keyboard sometimes working  and not working,i see old previews versions bios hp company released they fixing bugs keyboard not working .thank you if you help me what did i do updating bios or not !

Please click the link below to BIOS version F.57 and scroll down to 'Fixes' that just shows "provides improved security."

HP ENVY 15-k009ne Notebook PC Software and Driver Details

 

This update is designed to be performed under Win 8.1. You are currently running W10 so if you do the update, it may create some risk that something goes wrong.

 

Since v. F57 doesn't fix any keyboard issues nor do anything to help you better perform your planned conversion work, the BIOS update is not necessary. I used the mbr2gpt command to convert to GPT on my neighbor's laptop a while back. I can help if you need.
