See this link below for how to update your notebook's TPM firmware from v1.2 to 2.0:

Your notebook is on the list of those that qualify for the update.

I found my lpatop HP ZBook 15 G3 is supported, but i dont know how to upgrade the TPM to 2.0

You have to read the instructions on the link I posted.

It's not simple but it is doable because I upgraded my Elite 800 G3 desktop mini-PC which had a TPM 1.2 chip to 2.0. using those instructions that appear at the bottom of that long list of PC's.

An upgrade to TPM 2.0 is not supported if you are running W7.

First of all thank you, i just updated the TPM to 2.0, but there a problem i clicked Ctrl + R and use "tpm.msc" command to check my TPM it shows "Compatible TPM cannot be found" and it says "Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) cannot be fount on this computer. verify that this computer has 1.2 TPM or later and it is turned on in the BIOS", i check the BIOS and i found TPM is upgraded to 2.0 and it was enabled.

Also i checked the TPM form device manager i found TPM upgraded to 2.0, but i did not fount it in security device. i think windows did not activate it.

I don't know how to solve the issue.

You're very welcome.

Since I did not encounter that issue when I updated the TPM 1.2 to 2.0 using those instructions, unfortunately I would not know how to fix that problem.

All I can say is it makes no sense if you can see the device in the BIOS and it reports TPM 2.0 and is enabled, that it should not appear in Windows under the Security devices category in the device manager.

I recommend you start a new discussion on that.
