purtroppo per cause non precisate l'hdd del notebook si è rotto e non ho il recovery da fonti esterne. Quindi ho camb iato l'hdd con uno ssd nuovo.

Come procedi per reinstallare tutto il sistema nuovamente?

Sul sito HP non riesco a trovare il supporto giusto. Ha aperto un numero di pratica con l'operatore hp su wahtsapp, ma poi non mi ha piu comunicato l'esito e non risponde piu alle mie richieste.

laptop 15-bw0xx (15-bw001nl) hdd rotto. sostituito con ssd.

Hi:

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use with another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
