Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have bought HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-em0000 (72X29AV) which comes with 8GB of RAM. I want to know if it can be upgraded to 16GB?

Hi:

 

It depends on what model AMD processor your notebook came with.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Models with 7520U, 7320U, 7220U, 7120U processors
Onboard memory (not accessible or upgradeable)

 

Models with 7730U, 7530U processors
Two SODIMM slots supporting up to 16 GB of RAM (2 x 8 GB).
