specs are :
Intel core i5 3210m
And Radeon 7670m
750gb hard 5400 rpm
Ram is 2x 4gb and one is dead already.
what I would like to know please is how can I upgrade my ram and hard disk with the exact products because I don't know what to buy and if it will be compatible.

There are two memory slots on your laptop.
Each slot supports 4 GB of memory, So you have to use 4GB memory on each slot to make it 8GB of maximum memory.

I understand you would like to upgrade memory and hard drive on your laptop.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Since you are using a laptop you can only upgrade the memory and hard drive on your PC.
I have checked the specifications of your laptop and it supports a maximum 8GB of memory.
Please find the part number for memory listed below.
Memory modules (1066 MHz, DDR3):
● 4 GB PC3 12800 1600 MHz shared 641369-001
Also, please find the part numbers for hard drive listed below.
Supports the following 9.5 mm, 6.35 cm (2.5 in) SATA hard drives:
● 1 TB, 5400 rpm, 9.5 mm 676521-001
● 750 GB, 7200 rpm 633252-001
● 750 GB, 5400 rpm 633250-001
● 640 GB, 5400 rpm 669300-001
● 500 GB, 7200 rpm 634925-001
● 500 GB, 5400 rpm 669299-001
● 320 GB, 5400 rpm 622643-001

I meant you can upgrade only memory and hard drive on your laptop.
As other components on a laptop are not customer accessible.
