can i upgrade hp pavillion ram upto 32GB,  model name : HP pavilion eg2009TU recommand 16gb from hp company. but i want to upgrade 32 gb to better performance to my work?

Your notebook with an Intel i5 12th gen processor should support 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR4-3200 memory (My HP notebook with an i5 11th gen processor handles 2x16 GB). 

 

Open PowerShell as administrator and run the following command line for the max. memory supported for your model.

 

Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PhysicalMemoryArray | Select-Object MaxCapacityEx, MemoryDevices.
