HP ProBook (I own it - won't show up as option)
Microsoft Windows 11

For work, I have to download videos (usually mp4s and .MOV) and then upload them to work sites. They will not upload and the site says cannot accept these files.

I have contacted the site and they see no issues, I have used other computers in the office and there are no issues, there is something with this computer since I bought it (about 6 months ago) that continues to give me this problem. I have also tired doing it on different browsers - it will not work on either.

Can someone tell me how I could fix it please?

Hi, No they are not. They are regular files.

They are typically emailed through We Transfer, downloaded to my computer, and then I try to upload them and it the site says wrong type of file - even through they are the regular .mov and .mp4 and the right size. When I do the same thing from a different computer it works fine.

I cannot figure out what is happening to the file between being saved and uploaded that there is a problem. I can even play them on my computer without any issues.
