Product: HP Spectre X360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am so frustrated with this laptop I will never buy an HP product again! It continually looses track of my Bluetooth connected mouse, and most frustratingly, I cannot upload photos from my Iphone.  When I connect my iphone by usb, the "Photos" software shows a splash screen saying "Something went wrong. We are having trouble accessing items on the device...." About once in every 20 times I try - it works.  Frustrating.  Any suggestions?
