Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded Turbotax to my laptop, extracted the files, installed the files, but when it goes to ready to launch, I get a blank activation screen. I have turned firewalls off, removed Mcafee, removed the download several times and reloaded, and it always stops at the same point. I have installed all the upgrades for windows. opened as system admin, and still stops at same point. I tried to install an older version Turbo Tax 2020 from disk, and it loads but stalls at the activation window.  I have been on the phone with Turbo Tax for 2 days and cannot resolve. Added note, downloaded TT 2021 to an older dell computer operating win 10 and it works.  I am out of ideas. HELP!! Frank

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with these issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
