Using the HP feature to wipe a PC does that mean the user can not access the HD after that

the model is HP 15 Notebook PC.  However since my original post I have blundered ahead and not only wiped all the data but corrupted the HD to the extent that the 465 GB HD displays via Diskpart as follows

      Partition 1  Primary  2047 GB

      Partition  2 Primary     465 GB

Can I delete both partitions and re-create a series of partitions or will deleting the corrupted Partition 1 remove my access to Disk 0

Additionally the Product  Number is is J8A21UA#ABA

Serial No  [edit] but as you see I have moved on from the original problem to a bigger mess now
