Hi:
There is a problem with the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version.
1.0.0.203
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140207.exe
If you have no internet on your notebook download the file from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your notebook and run the driver from the flash drive or copy it from the flash drive to your notebook's desktop and run it from the desktop.

OK, I ran that update and checked the status using device manager and got this message:
Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8852&SUBSYS_88E1103C&REV_00\00E04CFFFE88520100 had a problem starting.
I do have internet access but the speed of connection is slow.

If your notebook is still under warranty, I recommend you contact HP customer service and ask for support under the warranty.
