Hello, I own of this LAPTOP with this specs (Laptop Hp Victus Gamer Amd Ryzen 5-8645hs Nvidia Geforce Rtx 4050 16gb Ddr5 512gb Ssd 15.6 Inch Fhd Ips 144hz Gaming), also I bought a power supplay type-c with this specs (UGREEN 140W Cargador, Nexode GAN 3 Puertos Cargador PD 3.1 con 1.5M Cable C a C,) but the usb-c port doesn't charge, I hope find a solution.

What is your machine ? Many Victus machines do not have USB-C port which supports USB PD therefore you can NOT use its USB-C port to charge your machine.

 

I need to know what is EXACTLY its model/product.  Please use the following way to find out:
