Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV)

The Video Editor app is not working. When I click on it, it brings me to the Photo app. 

 

Does anyone know how to solve this?

What is the video editor app on your machine ? What is the type of your video clips ?  Please also read
