HP EliteDisplay S270n 27-inch 4k Micro Edge Monitor

Hi my computer has a problem with the video resolution the monitor optimal mode is 3840x2160 60hz but on my computer it says 3840x2160 30hz I use the DisplayPort cable to the computer I plugged in the HDMI Cable to the other computer, and it shows 3840x2160 60hz how is the possible? Can you tell me any suggestions or ideas to fix this?

Depends on the DisplayPort version of your computer.

The monitor options shows DisplayPort 1.1 and 1.2 i clicked either of those settings but it doesn't let me save it

but you are sure that your computer's DisplayPort port is 1.2 or higher,

If it is an HP model indicate your model and I look for it, if it is of another manufacturer, you must make the consultation with them.
