Hi. I hope this is in the right place, there was no option to choose a Virtual Assistant Problem board.
My problem is virtual assistant keeps popping up a notification telling me to restart. Even when I do the restart, I get the exact same notification ten minutes later. I've been to the support page and got absolutely no help whatsoever, terrible, atrocious attempt at 'support.' I tried googling how to disable it, but it told me to click a 'health analysis' tab which I don't have on my VA. I then googled how to uninstal it, but my control panel doesn't list it among the installed programmes and features.
Please help me get rid of this annoying and useless, typical HP rubbish.
P.S. I'm never getting anything HP ever again. It's apple all the way for me from now on.

I understand your concerns and frustration
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you
