Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having a problem with sMedio True DVD ( version 1.1.96.0).   software was installed on laptop. Every time I put DVD in there is message about changing the region. Region is already set to "1". Can some one  help please. I don't think software is working right.
