Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I bought and WD 4TB My Passport Portable External Hard Drive. However the WD software "WD backup" cannot detect my external hard drive on my HP Pavilion Laptop. I tried to install the same software in my old Fujitsu laptop and it works instantly. So it 100 percent the problem on my HP Pavilion Laptop. Can anyone know how can I fix this? Thanks.

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with this issue, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
