Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

it has been two weeks that indexing never comes to an end, the indexed elements are about 49300 instead those pending oscillate continuously between 200-300, this goes to occupy about 20% of CPU. When I recreate an index, the pending items reach 0 but as soon as I restart the PC the data begins to oscillate again. I tried disabling and re-enabling the program but nothing changed.

I thank in advance those who will give me a hand.
