 Are there drivers available for this Product using Windows 11?

Its should be P-n-P devices no drivers needed. It has Link-5  USB receiver (or dongle) and all you can do

 

(a) Plug the USB receiver to your machine,

(b) Use connect buttons (on KB and Mouse) to connect

 

Note: The USB receiver can connect up to 5 devices
